Shipping & returns
As a courtesy we offer FREE SHIPPING in the USA.
We will most likely provide you with Free Shipping on a return if it becomes necessary to return an item. We really work hard to make things easy for you but also try to keep our costs down since Free Shipping is not actually free & we are a tiny biz. For example, if you live in Portland and want to make a return we do ask that you bring it back in person rather than us pay for the return shipping.
If you reside outside the USA please email email@example.com and let us know what you would like to purchase and your address so we can get you an accurate quote on shipping! We have shipped all over the world and it just takes a little extra communication before placing your order.

IF you do make a purchase and would like to return it:
Please notify us right away so that we can expect it back. We do not carry very much stock and sometimes we have people who we know will want what you do not and we want to be able to find homes for all these lovelies... so you know, communication!
We expect garments returned UN-WORN, with TAGS, not covered in dog hair, etc... come on, you know how this works. :)
We need the items back ASAP and as long as you let us know you are returning the item within a week of receipt we will be cool about it.
Please note that undergarments & jewelry are NOT RETURNABLE and SALE items are FINAL... please ask questions before buying a sale item to be sure. :)
