Ursula Dress - Cheetah/Sheer Dot

Ursula is a perfect breezy Summer dress.

Loose in the body (you can belt with a skinny elastic belt if you like).  Ruffle at bottom. Adjustable tie top. You can wear this with the deep scoop in front or back!  Layer over a bralet or a tee shirt too!
