Thank you for shopping online at Folly! We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. We definitely encourage communication BEFORE you buy and find that with more information about fit and fabric you will be happier, so please reach out! IF you do make a purchase and would like to return it:

Please notify us right away so that we can expect it back. We do not carry very much stock and sometimes we have people who we know will want what you do not and we want to be able to find homes for all these lovelies... so you know, communication!

We expect garments returned UN-WORN, with TAGS, not covered in dog hair, etc... come on, you know how this works. :)

We need the items back ASAP and as long as you let us know you are returning the item within a week of receipt we will be cool about it.

What else?

Please note that undergarments & jewelry are NOT RETURNABLE and SALE items are FINAL... please ask questions before buying a sale item to be sure. :)
