You can belt Midge if you want to get a more "put together" vibe or just go with the most comfortable dress EVER. No elastic at waist!!  Add a BELT if you like.

Runs true (intended loose fit in the middle) Midge is relatively fitted in shoulders and arms and bust,  but no elastic at waist.
